About Me

Hi everyone, my name is Helena (Lena) and I am the newest member of Pet Pawsitive's Team. 

I started in January, volunteering hours for high school, I felt like I was in heaven being surrounded by so many different breeds of cats and dogs. Recently, I was offered a part time position at this wonderful facility. I was over the moon, not only is this my first job but it's also a job that I absolutely love doing! 

Here is a little bit about me and the passion I have for animals. 

Animals have always been a big part of my life, growing up I have always had animals.  I currently have a handsome boxer named Mayhem. He most definitely lives up to the name, but he also he has the sweetest personality too! I also have a Beta Fish named Finnegan that I adore very much.

I love waking up in the morning being greeted by my boy, Mayhem and coming home to being greeted by him again, he's truly my best friend. I look forward to going for walks throughout conservation areas with my mom and our dogs. I've also enjoy caring for family and neighbours pets when I have spare time, from snakes to guinea pigs to dogs & cats. I love all types of animals and reptiles. 

I'm super excited to be a part of Pet Pawsitive's Team, I look forward to learning as much as I can, all the while enjoying cuddles and kisses from each furbaby that walks through Pet Pawsitive's doors.

I can't wait to meet all of you and your furbabies so I can provide them the care and love they deserve, all the while having as much fun as we can.
